Bill 403 Pg. 249- “An Act to Prohibit People That Do Not Have Blonde Hair To Participate In Blonde Jokes”

This bill outlaws any person who is not blonde to engage in blonde jokes. It will be enforced by local law offi cials and in schools by administrative staff. The funding for this bill will come from taxing brunettes. Way to go for blonde empowerment.

Bill 142 Pg. 105 – “An Act to Establish a Disaster Education and Advertisement Program”

A program will be designed to teach adults how to defend themselves against zombies if this bill is passed. The program will charge a $150 fee for participation beginning August 1st after passage.

Bill 145 Pg. 108- “An Act to Require Montana Lawto Develop and Implement Extensive Disaster Training Program”

The Extensive Disaster Training Program is designed to equip Montana State employees with skills in “treating injuries, exterminating the Spontaneous Corpse Reanimate Cataclysmvirus, and removing carriers of the virus safely and effectively.” This training program will help protect the state from any future zombie related disas ters.

Bill 279 Pg. 210- “An Act to Create Zombie Attack Shelters”

Bill 279 states that “Zombie attack shelters will be built and maintained in every city…” How helpful would that be? In case of Zombie attacks we will have shelters to hide out in until the attack is over. These shelters will be stocked with food and water that will last up to six months and each will be provided with a power generator. In case of a long zombie takeover the shelters will have a secure indoor or outdoor gardening facility. The shelter will also be able to communicate
with one another. Between zombie attacks the shelters will be regularly checked and updated. Construction of these shelters will begin immediately after passage.
