Bills are not the only things being formed here at Youth Leg. Apparently, Helena is the place to be when seeking new friends, partners, or just people to add to your contact list. Here at the Capital, the atmosphere is electrifying! Everyone is crazy nice and super duper energetic. It is impossible to be antisocial. The capitol, with its dreamy pillars and majestic staircases,is an ideal setting for a relationship to bloom. Also,being out of school makes people ecstatic. Although many people are weary when it comes to long-term relationships, there will always be four days the following year to look forward to. Don’t be shy and spread the word! The more people the better.
