Y Night

Last night the Helena YMCA was rocked by the members of our youth legislature. It was a fun fi led night featuring lots of treadmills, a very uncoordinated basketball game and a game of outdoors soccer. While many people participated in the activities of the night some teens decided to just hang out and enjoy the time they had away from the barracks during their stay in Helena.
If you weren’t hanging out however, you were at risk of a major collision with a fellow youth. Some of the major biffs of the night included a basketball takedown where one player jumped into the air and somehow managed to land upside down on top of another, crashing them both to the ground. Another bruise came when during the outside soccer game, Eric Vonn’s penalty kick struck Edward Johnson from only four feet away (that had to hurt). So the Y-Night was a good time to be had by all, which is good cause now we are all back to work here in the capitol for the next two days and with the release of Y-night in mind hopefully it will be more fun then work.
